This afternoon, at a little after 5 PM, RFC along with two Montgomery County fire companies, were dispatched to the Blue Route at 13.9 northbound for a vehicle fire.
Crews arrived on location and found a vehicle on the right shoulder with fire showing from the engine compartment.
The crew from the Squad deployed an 1 3/4" line and attacked the fire.
The crew from the Tac arrived and pulled the booster line for mop up after the 1 3/4" was broken down.
RFC cleared the scene in approximately 30 minutes.
