At 1014 hours on January 25th, Radnor Fire Company was dispatched to the 400 block of Woodland Avenue for an electrical pole fire.
Arriving units found an active fire on the top of a pole.
Deputy 15 (M. Maguire) took command and notified PECO to respond.
Crews blocked off the area and checked nearby houses for any signs of electrical issues inside.
Once PECO arrived, they were able to extinguish the fire and release RFC from the scene.
Crews were back in station after a little more than an hour on scene.
